Wife, mom of three, believer in big dreams, and the heart behind Dream Believe Capture by Melissa Toomey.

Photography has always stirred something in my soul, but it became my purpose after I lost my mom in 2019. I found myself aching for more photos, more moments, more memories—and that major loss lit a fire within me. I realized how priceless these captured pieces of life truly are. So I made it my mission to help others preserve the love, laughter, and magic in their own lives before the moment slips away.

I’m a proud wife to my husband Matt—we’ve been on this adventure together since 2010. We became parents to our son Isaiah that same year, got married in 2012, and completed our beautiful family with our daughters Isabella and Tiana shortly after. They’re my whole heart, and a constant reminder of how quickly time flies—and why freezing it through photos matters so much.

In 2024, I left my job and went all in with my photography business. It was a leap of faith for sure—but one that’s brought so much purpose and joy. Today, I specialize in capturing life’s most meaningful moments: romantic weddings, joyful quinceañeras, sweet newborn cuddles, empowering boudoir sessions, and literally everything in between. I bring a warm, emotional, and intentional approach to every session, creating not just beautiful images, but heartfelt experiences.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m chasing after my kids, sharing laughs with Matt, editing with coffee in hand, or dreaming up the next creative vision. I truly believe in celebrating life fully—and capturing it beautifully.
